Consider NCC your one-stop shop for all things clay. Spend your winter break browsing the gallery for that perfect mug to reward yourself for another great year. Visit our library for ceramic books, periodicals, images, and videos on such topics as kiln building, surface decoration, and historical and contemporary ceramics. Sign up for an exciting class or workshop and collect clock hours towards re-licensure. Or, call to schedule a hands-on experience for your students or a FREE tour for your school group (or yourself) of NCC’s winter exhibitions:

  • Holiday Exhibition (November 18, 2012 – January 6, 2013)—featuring pots and sculpture by over seventy regional and national ceramic artists MORE>>
  • Crossroads: Three Artists, Three Journeys, One Intersection (November 18, 2012 – January 6, 2013)—in conjunction with the release of the new PBS special, Craft in America: Crossroads, which highlights the ceramic work of Clary Illian, Warren MacKenzie, and Jeff Oestreich.  The paths of these Midwestern  potters were greatly influenced by the time they spent as apprentices at The Leach Pottery in St. Ives, Cornwall, England MORE>>
