Artist Statement    

I am interested in contrast, volume, weight and balance.  This is achieved through surface treatment, glaze choice and firing method.  I strive for forms that are considerate of their intended use and are interesting to view and touch.

Arcchitectural and decorative tile, planters, sculptures, baking stones, and functional wheel-thrown pottery
