
Amy Lee Cass is a potter and sculptor working in Rochester, MN. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Art Education from the University of Iowa and honed her throwing skills working at the Red Wing Pottery. Amy enrolled in the MN NICE Program in 2015 after a career as a high school art teacher and coach and 13 years of selling and exhibiting her decorative, functional ware. Her latest body of work is sculptural and explores the effects of Alzheimer’s Disease, using clay to express the transformation of mind and spirit.
