Education Manager

Noah (he/him) is a composer and multi-media artist who hails from the mountains of West Virginia and the meadows of Michigan. His professional background is in professional development, community partnerships and program development for artists. He has brought public art and performances to millions of travelers as part of Arts@MSP at the Airport Foundation MSP where he supported public art initiatives, artist engagement, and accessible creative programming for travelers. Prior to that he was Director of Artist Development at Springboard for the Arts, where he lead strategic, energetic, and artist-centric approaches to building professional practices curriculum for creatives of all stripes. He has served on the board of directors for Minnesota Citizens for the Arts and championed cooperative community based Childcare initiatives as a board member at Seward Childcare Center. He has been the recipient of fellowships from Mcknight Foundation, Jerome Foundation, Knight Foundation, and the National Alliance of Media Arts and Culture as well as a frequent presenter across Minnesota and the midwest. Across these roles he has focused on building welcoming, collaborative and equitable creative spaces for artists of all stripes. In addition to his role at NCC Noah strives to be an everyday maker, cat fan, curiously creative cook, bicycle buddy, and a rad dad.
