We will provide you with a shipping quote and work with you to finalize your order.
We use USPS Priority International for all international orders.
Shipping
Our U.S. flat rate shipping is $15 per order.
Shipping charges cover shipping, handling, packing materials, and insurance.
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS within 2 business days of your order.
If you place multiple orders on the same day and we are able to combine them, any amount in excess of actual shipping costs will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
Please contact us if you need your order expedited for an extra shipping fee.
Exhibition Gallery purchases will ship the week after the exhibition closes.
Returns
Items in pristine, unused condition may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Store credit does not expire.
Please note the following exceptions:
ReCollect, American Pottery Festival, Exhibition Gallery, and works by NCC studio artists are final sale.
For online purchases, items must be packed and shipped with appropriate packing and box as they were originally shipped to you.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please let us know if you’d like us to arrange the return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.
Please contact us if you’d like a physical gift card shipped to you.
Damaged Items
This is very rare, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the outside of the box, inside with packaging, and the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
Please hold onto the damaged packaging and item until we have notified you that your refund is complete.
