Terms of Sale
Purchase
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted online and in-store. Cash is accepted in-store.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your online order is placed and another with a tracking number once shipped.
- If you wish to pick up your online order, please select the ‘Store Pickup’ option before adding the item to your cart.
Member Discounts
- Please contact us to use your discount on eligible items.
- Please note the following exceptions:
- ReCollect, American Pottery Festival, Exhibition Gallery, and works by NCC studio artists do not qualify for member discounts.

International Orders
- Please contact us for all international orders.
- We will provide you with a shipping quote and work with you to finalize your order.
- We use USPS Priority International for all international orders.
Shipping
Our shipping rate is by order weight, with the exception of Exhibition Gallery purchases.
Up to 3 lbs. $15
3.1 – 20 lbs. $25
20.1 – 30 lbs. $28
30.1 – 40 lbs. $38
40.1 – 50 lbs. $48
- For packages 50 pounds and heavier you will be charged with an estimated shipping deposit of $58. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimate due to box size, weight, and/or destination we will contact you within 2 business days with an invoice for the additional cost. The shipment will be released once the invoice has been paid.
- Shipping charges cover shipping, handling, packing materials, and insurance.
- Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS within 2 business days of your order.
- If you place multiple orders on the same day and we are able to combine them, any amount in excess of actual shipping costs will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
- Please contact us if you need your order expedited for an extra fee.
- Exhibition Gallery purchases will be charged the actual shipping rate. Exhibition Gallery purchases will ship the week after the exhibition closes. You will receive an invoice for the shipping and once it has been paid the shipment will be released.
- In-store purchases will be charged the actual shipping rate.
- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs if the package is returned due to an inaccurate address or other issues with delivery.
Returns
- Items in pristine, unused condition may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Store credit does not expire.
- Please note the following exceptions:
- ReCollect, American Pottery Festival, Exhibition Gallery, and works by NCC studio artists are final sale.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please contact us to initiate a return.
- For online purchases, items must be packed and shipped with appropriate packing and box as they were originally shipped to you.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please let us know if you’d like us to arrange the return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.
Gift Cards
- We offer physical and digital gift cards.
- Please contact us if you’d like a physical gift card shipped to you.
Damaged Items
- This is very rare, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the outside of the box, inside with packaging, and the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
- Please hold onto the damaged packaging and item until we have notified you that your refund is complete.
