Terms of Sale

Purchase

  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted online and in-store. Cash is accepted in-store. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your online order is placed and another with a tracking number once shipped. 
  • If you wish to pick up your online order, please select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout.

Member Discounts

  • Please contact us to use your discount on eligible items.
  • Please note the following exceptions:
    • ReCollect, American Pottery Festival, Exhibition Gallery, and works by NCC studio artists do not qualify for member discounts.
  • If you are interested in becoming a member, you can find more information here.

International Orders

  • Please contact us for all international orders.
  • We will provide you with a shipping quote and work with you to finalize your order.
  • We use USPS Priority International for all international orders.

Shipping

  • Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of the order.
  • Shipping charges cover shipping, handling, packing materials, and insurance.
  • Orders will ship within 2 business days of your order.
  • For orders placed with expedited UPS Second Day or Next Day Air, the transit time applies to weekdays and cannot be shipped to PO boxes.  Expedited orders placed by 10 am CT will ship the same day, orders received after 10 am CT will ship the following day.
  • If you place multiple orders on the same day and we can combine them, any amount over actual shipping costs will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
  • Exhibition Gallery purchases will be charged the actual shipping rate. Exhibition Gallery purchases will ship the week after the exhibition closes. You will receive an invoice for the shipping and once it has been paid the shipment will be released.
  • In-store purchases will be charged the actual shipping rate.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs if the package is returned due to an inaccurate address or other issues with delivery.
  • Please contact us should you have any shipping questions.

Store Pick Up

  • During checkout select ‘Pick Up’ to pick up your order at NCC.
  • You have 60 days from the order date to pick up your order. After 60 days your order will be cancelled and the piece(s) will be donated to ReCollect, with no refunds.
  • Please contact us, or leave a note in your order if you need to extend your pick-up window.

Returns

  • Items in pristine, unused condition may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Store credit does not expire.
  • Please note the following exceptions:
    • ReCollect, American Pottery Festival, Exhibition Gallery, and works by NCC studio artists are final sale.
    • Any purchases made using Shop Pay Installments are final sale.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please contact us to initiate a return.
  • For online purchases, items must be packed and shipped with appropriate packing and box as they were originally shipped to you.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please let us know if you’d like us to arrange the return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.

Gift Cards

Damaged Items

  • This is very rare, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the outside of the box, inside with packaging, and the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
  • Please hold onto the damaged packaging and item until we have notified you that your refund is complete.
