Chris Bond is a potter from St. Paul and a long-time student at Northern Clay Center where he completed the MN NICE certificate program in 2019. He makes functional, wheel thrown pottery and focuses on large-volume, decorative vessels and soda and wood atmospheric firings. Chris recently finished the construction of his permanent studio in the City of Grant, Minnesota where he houses his two chambered, wood-fired kiln. In addition to pottery, Chris enjoys traveling with his family and just about anything outdoors.
