Sales Gallery Assistant
Sarah (she/her) first discovered her love of clay while student teaching at South High School in Minneapolis. There, she began to appreciate the endless possibilities that pots hold to transform everyday experience through both their making and their use.
During her 36-year career as an art educator, Sarah found continual inspiration in watching her students discover those same possibilities. In retirement, she is delighted to remain connected to the clay community as a Sales Gallery Assistant at Northern Clay Center.
When she’s not working or in her studio, Sarah enjoys gardening, cooking, exploring local restaurants, camping in Minnesota state parks, and spending time with her family.
